以甘油分别对甘蔗渣进行常压甘油自催化(AGO)预处理和常压甘油碱催化(al-AGO)预处理。利用酸沉法分别从预处理液中得到自催化甘油木质素(AGOL)和碱催化甘油木质素(al-AGOL)。利用单因素实验和正交实验得到最佳木质素提取工艺为转速8000r/min、离心时间15min、甘油混合液pH为3、甘油混合液浓度10%,在该条件下木质素AGOL和al-AGOL提取率分别达到72%和76%。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、元素分析、紫外光谱(UV)、凝胶色谱(GPC)、核磁共振1H谱、热重分析以及抗氧化活性分析等技术手段对提取得到的木质素进行结构表征。结果表明:从甘蔗渣中提取的球磨甘蔗木质素(MBL)、AGOL和al-AGOL主要呈现出球形特征;AGOL和al-AGOL具有相似的活性特点,与MBL相比,AGOL和al-AGOL的分子量更小、分布更窄、均一性更好,热稳定性和抗氧化活性更高,有望成为重要的工业原料。 相似文献

The paper proposes a new approach to use measured data of the constant strain rate test (CRST) for analysis of consolidation by prefabricated vertical drains (PVDs). Each PVD has an influence zone that idealised as a unit cell. Consolidation behaviour of a unit cell is studied with an axisymmetric finite element (FE) model based on Biot's theory. From a CRST data, ASTM-D4186 or the back-analysis method is used to obtain stress-dependent parameters for the model. An open-source FE software named CONAXIS was developed for these purposes. Data from two projects in Mekong Delta Vietnam were used in this study. In the first project, nine CRSTs with various depths from a borehole were conducted. Two tests were chosen to be simulated using the proposed approach implemented in CONAXIS and the soft soil model in PLAXIS for validation and comparison purposes. Comparing to the laboratory data, CONAXIS gave more accurate results than PLAXIS. Then CONAXIS was used to calculate the settlement of the ground surface during the construction process with different scenarios. For the second project, six CRSTs from three boreholes were used to set up the model in CONAXIS. Modelled results of both projects showed good agreements with field monitoring data. 相似文献

The flow of hybrid nanoparticles with significant physical parameters with different base fluids in the presence of Biot number, velocity slip, and MHD effects has not been explored so far, particularly for a circular cylinder. Therefore, the current report is presented to offer a numerical solution for hybrid nanoparticles with base fluids (water and ethylene glycerol) via a circular cylinder. The physical situation is interpreted in terms of partial differential equations and is converted into ordinary differential equations after applying the similarity transformation. The results are presented in both tabular and graphical forms. The impact of physical parameters on velocity distribution is examined through graphs. The comparative results of hybrid nanoparticles for distinct base fluids as ethylene glycol and water are proposed and the hybrid nanoparticles with base fluid water seems to be greater than that of the hybrid nanoparticles with base fluid EG. The temperature profile of hybrid nanoparticles is found to be a decreasing function with growth in velocity slip parameter but an opposite trend is noted in case of nanoparticles . The skin friction and Nusselt number augmented for the increase in magnetic field, velocity slip, and nanoparticle while it shows a decreasing trend toward thermal slip parameter. For the both cases, improvement in Biot number helps enhance the heat transfer constantly. 相似文献

为解决城市高架桥对其地面道路及周边地块产生的压迫感这一问题,并且指导城市高架桥的设计和规划,使之在满足交通功能和用地要求的同时兼顾美学的考虑,研究根据压迫感主要来源为建筑对视野限制的推论,分析了压迫感的主要影响因素为建筑在视野中形成的视角,讨论了现有立体角理论模型的适用性,并且结合城市高架桥视角的特点,将立体角理论模型简化为平面视角理论模型以增强其适用性。建立了桥梁的结构尺寸与影响点的视角的关系式,以压迫感接受率表征压迫感的大小,再根据调查统计数据拟合,确定视角与压迫感接受率的关系曲线,从而得到桥梁的结构尺寸与影响点压迫感接受率的关系式。在规划和设计时,可根据该公式合理确定桥梁下地面道路的红线宽度或两侧地块的退红净距。 相似文献

To further reveal the pre‐ignition characteristics of hydrogen internal combustion engine, the effect of hot surface characteristic parameters on the ignition characteristics of hydrogen‐air mixture was investigated in this research. Based on the prototype of the constant volume combustion bomb with an overhead glow plug, the duration from the heating of the hot surface to the combustion of hydrogen‐air mixture, the so‐called heating duration, was firstly researched under different fuel‐air equivalence ratio, initial temperature, initial pressure, hot surface temperature, and hot surface area, and the influence of each factor on the heating duration was analyzed. The results show that the order of the effect of each factor on the hot surface ignition is as follows: hot surface temperature > initial pressure of hydrogen‐air mixture > equivalent ratio > initial temperature of hydrogen‐air mixture > hot surface area. The influence of the hot surface characteristic parameters on the heating duration was further analyzed in detail. On this basis, the relationship among the critical ignition temperature, the heating duration and the hot surface area was researched and established. The results show that the heating duration is the only major factor affecting the critical ignition temperature. Finally, the research results were applied to analysis the pre‐ignition in hydrogen internal combustion engine. 相似文献

A key process to package goods is the closure procedure. It ensures the good protection against the environment and vice versa. Ultrasonic sealing presents the advantage of converting locally ultrasound into heat, which is optimal for temperature sensitive goods. The disadvantages remain, however, the equipment cost, the noise generation, and the process sensitivity to materials. It is necessary to develop a sealing process to decrease the acquisition cost of the sealing equipment and cover a wide range of polymer films. This paper focuses on a new sealing method based on high-intensity focused ultrasound. The principles and characteristics of this process are discussed and underpinned with experimental results. Both the acoustic and thermal effects of the sealing process are summarized. A study of the process parameter impact on the seam strength in static and dynamic operating is proposed. Low-density polyethylene films with a carrier layer of bi-oriented polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate are used. A first test bench generates point-shaped seam. The heat generation is recorded with an infrared thermography system. A second test bench, a horizontal form fill and seal machine, produces longitudinal seams. The seam quality is controlled by tensile test and tightness test. A quick heating of the polymer films is found. Point seams and longitudinal seams are successfully generated. The seams behave similarly to the ones generated with ultrasonic sealing process. However, the sealing velocity is limited to 3 m/min. 近年来,由集成电路(IC)供应链的全球化带来的硬件木马电路威胁引发了广泛的关注。现有运行阶段针对不可信第三方知识产权核(3PIP)的木马电路检测技术没有考虑到检测到木马电路时被感染IP核的定位和替换问题,使得系统时间性能开销增加、可靠性下降。为了解决该问题,基于IP核多样性和现有的木马电路检测和出错恢复架构,提出了一个面向开销优化的被感染IP核定位和替换的解决方案。定位技术通过检测阶段存储结果和恢复阶段运行结果的实时比较实现,并在理论上证明了定位的准确性;替换技术通过可编程逻辑实现,能够最小程度地影响系统下次的正常运行。实验表明,在检测到木马电路时,被感染IP核的定位技术相比于已有的木马电路检测和恢复技术能够平均提升25%的系统时间开销。提出的定位和替换方案对于使用不可信单元建立可信计算系统,以及加强系统的安全性具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献
